How do I access the digital book after purchase?

Digital books are available to everyone, no matter where you are in the world, and there's no need to wait for shipping. Right after your purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to download your book on your preferred device. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so you'll have 5 attempts to download in case of any interruptions. If you run into any issues, just reach out to us through our contact form with your order number, and we'll be delighted to help you out.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are pleased to offer free shipping on all items, regardless of the order size or destination within the United States of America.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We’re sorry, but we currently only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to make changes or cancellations at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our physical books and shop products are made to order to reduce waste. Processing takes 2-5 business days, and shipping usually takes 4-14 business days, depending on your location. For the holiday seasons, please expect longer processing and shipping times. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Please check the tracking number you receive to see if there is a photo associated with the delivery and make sure the package wasn’t delivered to a neighboring address. If there is no confirmation or photo associated with your tracking number, please wait 24 hours to see if it arrives. If the package does not appear 48 hours after you’ve received a delivery notification, please reach out to us through our contact form within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, and include your order number and the tracking number.

Can I return/exchange items or get a refund?

While all items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, we are here to help if you encounter any issues. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged item, or if your order doesn't arrive, please let us know within 14 days of the shipment date. We're happy to provide a replacement for you! To reach out to us, simply use our online contact form and include your order number.

How long does it take to hear back from you?

We answer emails Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST and you can expect a response within 2-4 business days on average. During the holiday season, response time may be increased. We are committed to answering each inquiry so we appreciate your patience. Please always include your order number in correspondence when reaching out.
